Welcome! By booking with Piedmont Cleaning Pros, you agree to the following:
1. Our Services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning, including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and custom hourly packages. We clean according to the plan you select when booking.
2. Booking & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your appointment.
The remaining balance is due when the cleaning is complete.
You can book online, by phone, or via text.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will forfeit the 50% deposit.
4. Quotes & Estimates
Quotes are based on the information you provide.
Final pricing may change if additional services are requested or the property condition differs from what was described.
5. Gift Cards
Gift cards are for cleaning services only and cannot be redeemed for cash.
They expire 12 months after purchase.
Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
6. Liability
We carry general liability insurance.
Please secure valuables and fragile items before service.
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or improperly maintained items.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied, let us know within 24 hours so we can make it right.
8. Privacy
Your information is used only to provide services and process payment.
We do not sell or share your personal data.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on our website.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Piedmont Cleaning Pros operates.
By booking with us, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the 50% deposit at the time of booking.
