Welcome! By booking with Piedmont Cleaning Pros, you agree to the following:

1. Our Services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning, including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and custom hourly packages. We clean according to the plan you select when booking.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your appointment.

  • The remaining balance is due when the cleaning is complete.

  • You can book online, by phone, or via text.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will forfeit the 50% deposit.

4. Quotes & Estimates

  • Quotes are based on the information you provide.

  • Final pricing may change if additional services are requested or the property condition differs from what was described.

5. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are for cleaning services only and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • They expire 12 months after purchase.

  • Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

6. Liability

  • We carry general liability insurance.

  • Please secure valuables and fragile items before service.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or improperly maintained items.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you’re not satisfied, let us know within 24 hours so we can make it right.

8. Privacy

  • Your information is used only to provide services and process payment.

  • We do not sell or share your personal data.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on our website.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Piedmont Cleaning Pros operates.
